Corporate & Compliance Administrator

GCS Malta is currently actively seeking a Corporate & Compliance Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for assisting the corporate & compliance department in administrative duties.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate corporate records and updating them as needed – including governance documents and statutory filings.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal advisors as necessary.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Maltese language.

 

The below Skills and Qualifications would be an asset, though not a requisite:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software.
