Office Administrator

GCS Malta is currently actively seeking an Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. If you are a detail-oriented and organised individual, then you should not miss this one!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with any office administration duties, including but not limited to; scanning, printing, filing.
  • Reception duties such but not limited to answering phone calls and greeting clients.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies inventory and distribution.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, ensuring functionality, and arranging for repairs or replacements where necessary.
  • Any other Ad-Hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

If you have previous working experience within an administrative role, then this one’s for you!

The individual must be highly organised and have strong communication skills. One must also be keen of working within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fluency in the Maltese and English languages are a must.
