The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for the Financial Services recruitment desk and carrying out calls and interviews. The individual will also be reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment & Business Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the Financial Services recruitment desk
- Partnering with clients to determine staffing requirements
- Analysing vacant opportunities
- Screening and sourcing of CVs
- Carrying out calls and interviews
- Maintaining regular contact with both candidates & clients
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Sales/Business Administration and / or an HR related qualification is considered an asset. Previous experience in Recruitment or Sales would be considered a must.
Fluency in the English language is considered a must, whereas knowledge in the Maltese or any additional language is considered an asset.
