Recruitment Consultant

GCS Recruitment is growing and is currently actively searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. If you have excellent people’s skills and seeking to grow within your recruitment career, then you should not miss this one!

The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for carrying out calls and interviews, as well as managing a portfolio of clients. The individual will also be reporting directly to the Recruitment Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with clients to determine staffing requirements
  • Analysing vacant opportunities
  • Screening and sourcing of CVs
  • Carrying out calls and interviews
  • Maintaining regular contact with both candidates & clients
  • Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/psychology/Sales/Business Administration or related, qualification is considered an asset, while previous experience within Recruitment or sales would be beneficial.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.

Fluency in the English language is considered a must, whereas knowledge in the Maltese or any additional language is considered an asset.
