We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the Financial Services recruitment desk, build client relationships, and deliver high-quality placements. The Recruitment Consultant will be reporting directly to the Recruitment Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Financial Services recruitment desk
- Partner with clients to define staffing needs
- Analyse vacancies and screen CVs
- Conduct calls and interviews with candidates
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous recruitment experience required
- Fluency in English required; Maltese or other languages an asset
