Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, the selected candidate will oversee the General Recruitment desk and provide support to the wider team as required, including headhunting activities and conducting candidate calls and interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the general recruitment desk, as needed
- Partnering with clients to determine staffing requirements
- Analysing vacant opportunities
- Screening and sourcing of CVs
- Carrying out calls and interviews
- Maintaining regular contact with both candidates & clients
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or similar sales roles.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, whilst Maltese is considered an asset.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Sales/Business Administration and/or an HR related qualification is considered an asset.
