GCS Malta is currently actively seeking a Corporate & Compliance Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for assisting the corporate & compliance department in administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate corporate records and updating them as needed – including governance documents and statutory filings.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal advisors as necessary.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in both English and Maltese language.
The following skills and qualifications would be an asset, though not a requisite:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in compliance management software.
