Receptionist & Admin Support

GCS Malta is looking for a warm, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a professional yet friendly environment.

You’ll be working at our front desk, welcoming visitors, managing calls, handling admin tasks, and helping keep our office running smoothly. We’re also looking for someone who can offer flexibility – occasionally backing up other admin staff as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
  • Answering calls with a helpful approach
  • Handling mail, deliveries, and meeting room bookings
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of office premises and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables inventory.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of internal events, staff activities, and CSR initiatives.
  • Track and log IT issues, liaising with the external IT service provider.
  • Support and contribute to office-related projects, such as workspace planning, office moves, and process improvements.
  • Supporting the team with basic admin duties.

What you bring:

  • A friendly, professional attitude and great communication skills
  • Previous experience in a reception or office support role is a plus
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to be flexible and reliable when needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise, and maintain a proactive attitude
  • A team player with a willingness to support various departments as needed
