GCS Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Recruitment & Account Manager to join our dynamic team! If you have excellent people skills, strong sales/recruitment experience, and knowledge, then you should not miss this one!
Reporting to the Recruitment Director, the Recruitment & Account Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of clients within the recruitment team; from managing and training the team, client-relationship building, while also assisting our clients in their recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations within the recruitment department
- Allocating tasks and recruitment desks to the team
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and new sourcing methods
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients
- Headhunting candidates, screening CVs, and conducting calls and interviews
- Liaising and chasing clients regarding candidates and invoices
- Liaising with the marketing department regarding recruitment advertisement strategies
- Conducting weekly team meetings, providing actuals, forecasts, and constant updates
- Supervising, training, developing, and motivating the team
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and/or a Business Administration related qualification is considered an asset while previous experience within the industry is a must. Having strong communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills are also a must.
Fluency in the English language is considered a must, whereas knowledge of Maltese or any additional language is considered an asset.
