GCS Malta is growing and we’re searching for a Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic recruitment team on a full-time basis. If you have excellent organisational skills and are seeking to grow within your career, then you should not miss this one!
Reporting to the Director of Recruitment & Business Consultancy, the selected Recruitment Administrator will be mainly responsible for assisting the Recruitment Department with their day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the wider team as required.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, updating, and publishing job descriptions across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms
- Reviewing, editing, and formatting CVs to ensure consistency and a professional standard
- Maintaining and updating internal administrative systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensuring that the client vacancy list is consistently reviewed and kept fully up to date
- Participating in and contributing to weekly recruitment meetings with the wider team
- Carrying out any additional ad-hoc administrative or recruitment-related tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in an administrative role
- Fluency in Maltese is considered an asset
- Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken) are required
