Service Desk Analyst

We’re on the lookout for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team on a full-time basis.

The Service Desk Analyst is a member of the Global Client Service Desk (GCSD) team, which provides centralized triage and technical support services for print hardware and software application products, primarily to the 1st level Service Desks of contracted Global Customers.

For certain products & services the GCSD and its Analysts also serve the organization’s subsidiaries and partners in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling support cases that are reported to the Global Service Desk using a range of channels including correspondence or remote support tools
  • Handling Requests that are send to the Global Service Desk to ensure a flawless operation of the national operating subsidiaries
  • Managing, Creating and Reproducing of test environment used for problem reproduction and solution finding
  • Allocating, Maintaining, Creating know-how into knowledge databases and content management systems
  • Securing of all product and project related documentations and statistics incl. the constant reporting to the superior
  • Supports in creating monthly reports for the team
  • Making sure to maintain remote accounts to support customer in external environments
  • Escalation and following up of unsolved technical problems to defined escalation points
  • Leading smaller customer projects

 

Customer Group of this position:

  • International service organizations (Cluster & NOCs) of the organization
  • Konica Minolta subsidiaries, distributors and OEM partner
  • Internal BEU departments as well as KMI and NOCs
  •  GMA / local MA (end customer)

 

Requirements:

  • Technical education or academic studies with technical orientation
  • Broad knowledge of operating systems, Print workflows, PDL’s and Network Technologies
  • High skills in organization and communication
  • High analytical skills
  • Experience in technical consulting
  • High English speaking and writing skills
  • Microsoft Learnings
  • ITIL4 Foundation KM MPLUS WBT’s
  • Willingness to travel internationally
